Balloon orders must be placed by phone or our order form. Customers that place an order through our form will receive a call for payment. We do charge a small Square fee for all transactions as it cost us to operate our system. If you want to avoid the Credit card Surcharge you're welcome to use a Debit card. We do offer 5% off cash. If you decide to use cash we will not be able to inflate order until payment is received. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restock fee, 80% of the transaction will be returned.
